The Zimaboard 2 is The Next Single Board PC that will rock the world.
The Board Comes with 8 Gigs of RAM, a intel N150 CPU and it rocks with 2 dual 2.5 gbps ethernet ports.
It runs on 12v power from a DC Port, also comes with a sata adapter for any ssd users out there, and comes with 2 USB 3.0 Ports for high efficiency file transfer. Finally, it also comes with a OS called ZimaOS. Basically a NAS OS for sending and download files.
The main question is tho, How did I get Mac OS running on the Zimaboard 2? Well, after installing Proxmox VE onto my ssd, I went to the OSX-PROXMOX github page to figure out what Version of MacOS I want to use. I ended out choosing Ventura because none of the new ones actually worked. After going through the cmds, I went to run MacOS. After booting for the first time, it sent me to the installer. First i actually had to format the partition to APFS before installing. Because if i didn't, it wouldn't register the partition as an install partition.
After installing, It led me to the setup page. Since it was an intel N150 cpu set at 3 cores on the config, it ran so slow. Not that slow that it wasnt usable, but still, slow. After Setting it up, i instaled a bunch of apps and I am going to soon Livestream the process of running all of them on Mac OS.
Thanks For Reading.
